Who is behind the company?
Kevin Tremmel grew up in Munich. His father moved to Naples in the early 1990s and gave Kevin a front row seat early on. He witnessed Southwest Florida grow from a quiet coastal region to one of the most sought-after real estate markets in the US.
After studying in Munich, Kevin came to the USA in 2017, obtained his broker's license and established himself as a broker who stands for integrity and market knowledge. Away from work, he keeps it simple: family, friends, his dog George, CrossFit and simply relaxing days by the water.
Melina Schmelter has an international perspective. At 27, she already has a lot behind her: an exchange year in Wisconsin in 2014, internships in Munich and London. In 2021, she became the owner and managing director of a real estate agency in Hamburg. A step that most people don't take at that age. She moved to Florida in 2025.
She has international experience, thinks in a structured way and can support people in major decisions without imposing anything on them.
