From vision to reality: a look back

Do you remember your first thoughts when you heard about DARIA? Maybe it sounded too ambitious at the time. Maybe too big and too good to be true. Then let's take a look at what we've achieved so far.

What began as a vision three years ago has evolved into one of the most extraordinary community projects currently in existence in the USA. Since its founding in 2022 and its real launch in 2023, DARIA has grown from an idea into a flourishing ecosystem: with its own real estate and a Alliance of different companies, who achieve more together than they could individually. 

Anyone who hesitated back then is now looking at a Impressive success story. Time for a look back at what has been created in Cape Coral and Fort Myers over the past three years.

The headquarters: 4 million dollars for the future

In spring 2025, DARIA sent out a clear signal: For 4 million US dollars the community acquired a Historic commercial building in downtown Fort Myers. Since then, the listed building has served as the headquarters and houses all of DARIA's subsidiaries under one roof.

What makes it special: The Building belongs to the community. All members had the opportunity to participate in the acquisition. Those who participated here are not only founding members, but also benefit from a lucrative rental yield.

A clear statement: DARIA is not just about a few people profiting. Here, everyone grows together.

A fleet of its own: mobility for the community

Parallel to the headquarters, DARIA built a Own fleet of vehicles on. The fleet currently includes „Tahoes“ - in DARIA blue, of course - and a limousine. Members are driven to special events in them: a service that underlines the community spirit and makes everyday life in Florida more comfortable. The fleet is being continuously expanded.

The company also has its first own boat.

From two to four: the expanded villa portfolio

When DARIA started, there were two Exclusive villa types: „Lady Daria“ and „Sir Henry“. The portfolio now comprises four different real estate models. The two luxury villas have now been joined by „Signore Luca“ and „Savannah“: House types that appeal to different needs and budgets.

The figures speak for themselves: 8 villas have been completed and many members have already personally enjoyed an exclusive living experience, Further villas are currently under construction. In addition, many plots have been prepared and are ready for the next construction phases. As you read these lines, the final preparations for letting to tourists are underway. What was still building land three years ago is now a functioning real estate portfolio that brings its owners continuous returns and at the same time regularly serves as a retreat.

Everything from a single source: our own management company

As the number of properties grew, it became clear what had been part of the vision from the very beginning: DARIA needs a Professional management and Service at all levels.

The solution was obvious: a separate management company to take care of letting, maintenance and service.

The result: Members have nothing to worry about. The properties are always in top condition, tourists receive first-class service and the rental income flows reliably. No stress, no complications. Just returns and the certainty that professionals are taking care of everything.

In 2025, DARIA laid the foundation for a Own restaurant chain. The first DARIA restaurant in Cape Coral opens its doors this year. A bistro at the headquarters in downtown Fort Myers will follow soon.

And if you've ever been to Cape Coral, you may already know it: the DARIA bakery right on Del Prado Boulevard is already running successfully. Fresh baked goods made to German standards: a piece of home in Florida that is popular with members and locals alike.

More than structures - a growing force from within

But perhaps the most valuable thing that has been created in recent years cannot be measured in figures, buildings or companies.

It is the feeling of security.
Of belonging.
From „We are building something of our own here“.

While houses are visibly being built on the outside, companies are growing and new opportunities are being created, something even bigger is taking shape on the inside: a strong foundation of trust, mutual support and genuine solidarity.

DARIA has long been more than just a project or a location.
It is a lively network of people, who take responsibility for each other, pool resources and shape the future together.

This is not about short-term profits.
This is about Consistency. To Substance. To create a community that independent and goes her own way step by step.

1,000 people, one vision

Today, DARIA has around 1,000 founding members. 1,000 people who believe in the same vision: a self-determined life, financial freedom and a community that supports each other.

What began as an idea in 2022 is now a reality. Villas are standing, businesses are flourishing, a local newspaper is reporting, A city on the move. DARIA attracts attention. DARIA moves.
