There are people who wait and see. They gather all the facts, analyze all the risks, get all the opinions. And then there are those who set off when the road is not yet paved.
The Founding Members of DARIA belong to the second group.
In December 2025, more DARIA members and employees move to Florida. They have received their visa appointments, are packing up their lives in Germany and making the leap across the Atlantic. From application to appointment: 10 weeks.
That sounds like a smooth process. It is - now. But the first Founding Members joined when this process had not yet been tried and tested. When there were no success stories, no references, no LinkedIn posts from people who had already arrived in Cape Coral.
They didn't wait until everything was perfectly documented. They took the step because they believed in the vision.
Our Founding Members have gone and continue to go forward without the path being fully visible.
The hand on the wheel
Anyone joining DARIA today is joining a functioning system. There are established structures, elaborate programs, proven processes. You can sit back, invest and benefit.
Founding Members did not have this convenience. They were there from the beginning, when decisions had not yet been made. When there was no app, no finished houses and no spectacular community events.
They didn't just invest. They helped build it.
Some with ideas for new services in Cape Coral. Others with feedback on processes. Others simply with their presence and commitment. The Founding Members have understood: This is not a passive investment like an ETF. This is a project that only works if people get involved.
Founding Members help to shape instead of just consuming.
A different understanding of community
In most business models, especially in the real estate sector, everything revolves around maximizing profits for the founders. At DARIA, everything revolves around the well-being of everyone involved.
Founding Members understood this right from the start. They didn't ask: „What can I get out of this?“ They asked: „What can we build here together?“
They live the values set out in the vision document: Honesty. Growth. Supportive cooperation. These are not marketing phrases. These are the foundations on which this community is built.

With a pure heart
There is one sentence in DARIA's vision that sums it all up: „Approach the matter with a pure heart.“
Founding members have no hidden agendas. They don't want to get rich quick and then disappear. They don't want to take advantage of the system. They want to be part of something bigger than themselves.
You placed your trust before there were any guarantees. You got involved without knowing whether it was worth it. They listened, questioned, thought things through - but never out of a spirit of skepticism, but out of genuine interest.
That is rare. In a world where many people are just waiting for something to go wrong so they can say „I knew it“, Founding Members are the ones who say „I believe it. Let's go for it.“
Founding Members bring trust, not mistrust.
What this means for the future
DARIA will grow. Over the next ten years, we will implement several more projects and welcome thousands of new members to our community. An entire district is to be created here in Cape Coral.
And with each new member, the project becomes more professional, more structured, more predictable. That's good. That's important. That makes it accessible to more people.
But the Founding Members will always have a special role. Not because they have more rights or have invested more money. But because they have shaped the culture.
Because they have shown how to build a community that works. How to give confidence without being naive. How to be courageous without being reckless. How to create something great together without everyone thinking only of themselves.
The Founding Members are the first generation. They have prepared the ground on which all others will build.
For all those who come later
When you join DARIA today, you join a system that works. You benefit from the work of the Founding Members. From their courage. From their trust. From their willingness to keep going even when not everything was perfect.
That is a gift.
But it is also a responsibility. The culture that underpins this community - honesty, trust, mutual support - must live on. With every new member. With every new generation.
DARIA is not a financial product. It is a movement. A community. A place where people come together who have understood that true freedom does not mean being alone.
