At the beginning of 2025, DARIA also opened a new location in southern Germany. In the middle of the province, something is being created that could be a turning point for many: new perspectives, new beginnings and a real community.
In tranquil Riedlingen in Upper Swabia, around 60 km from Ulm, you can get closer to the Florida lifestyle than anywhere else in southern Germany. The journey to the sun begins here, even before the first ticket to Fort Myers or Miami is booked. What started out as a small contact point in the provinces has now developed into a lively center for project investors and freedom lovers. The office is a hub for new customers and the base of a team that carries the DARIA vision to the south.
Although the office is located far from major cities, it is strategically well placed. From here, the team serves an impressive catchment area that includes the whole of southern Germany, parts of Baden-Württemberg as far as Würzburg and occasionally even customers in Austria. Monthly member happenings bring interested parties and investors together and create a community of like-minded people.
Two who lead the way
A complementary management duo forms the heart of the DARIA site in southern Germany: Juliane Löser and Andreas Walter. Their different strengths and personalities complement each other perfectly - like pieces of a puzzle that fit together. "Where my skills end, his begin," says Juliane, describing the collaboration.
Juliane is the emotional center of the team. She has sales in her blood, knows people, senses situations and reads between the lines. Her connection to the USA is deep: she has traveled to over 16 states and her vision of a life in America has been with her for decades. "I've never been employed, I've always been self-employed. And suddenly this dream of a foothold in the USA has become within reach"she recalls the moment she first came into contact with the project in Florida. Her passion for DARIA comes from the bottom of her heart - and is infectious.

Sales with passion and attitude
"I actually never wanted to work in sales again in my life." But the vision behind DARIA and the encouragement of founder Frank Rahlf persuaded her to change her attitude. Her son's advice also helped: "Then just work with people you want to have a beer with." This change of perspective gave her new impetus to bring the vision of DARIA to people with a great deal of passion.
Andreas Walter was an engineer in his previous life. A solid job in the automotive industry that fulfilled him for years. However, a sabbatical year changed everything:
"When I came back, I knew that I wanted to create something of my own. Something with meaning - with people."
Today, he brings structure, organization and system to the sales network in the south. What Juliane solves intuitively, Andreas translates into processes. Where she inspires, he secures. Together they form a duo that harmonizes heart and mind. A perfect match on behalf of DARIA.
From customer to doer
Andreas came into contact with DARIA through a friend and initially became a customer himself. Regular conversations with Juliane slowly led to the idea of joining DARIA professionally. However, the decision was not easy for him, but then the time had come - on a Monday morning in October 2024: "During our weekly morning meeting at my old company, I made a gut decision: I'm quitting."
This leap into the unknown was a liberating moment for Andreas:
"When I handed in my notice, I felt liberated - like I was flying."
He boldly switched from technology to sales - a radical step with a big impact. He sees his biggest challenges in three areas: familiarizing himself with complex financial topics, managing sales staff and learning new tools and processes.

A team that carries
But despite the challenges, the collaboration between Juliane and Andreas developed into a perfect symbiosis. "I couldn't do this job without Andreas," emphasizes Juliane. The combination of sales strength and organizational talent creates a dynamic that gives the team in the south a special boost.
Five consultants are in direct contact with customers - supported by new Ambassadors who are growing into the model. Together, they carry the DARIA vision to the south.
This clear structure and division of labor are essential, says Juliane. "With five team members in the field, coordination quickly becomes complex." The team has more consultants in the south than in other regions of Germany. Despite the physical distance between the team members - Juliane lives closer to Munich, Andreas to Lake Constance - they work closely together: "We have a dedicated line, even though we don't live close to each other."
The office in Riedlingen is more than just a workplace - it is a meeting place and the heart of the community. Member happenings take place here once a month, where interested parties and existing customers can exchange ideas. These events are an important part of community building, which is in line with the company's DNA.
Real estate as an entry point
DARIA is more than just a real estate project. It is a value-based community that helps people to become financially independent and actively shape their lives. The focus is on the co-ownership model for high-quality villas in Cape Coral, Florida. But DARIA is not just an investment model - it is a network that brings people together, supports and inspires them.
The premium villas in Cape Coral are also accessible to people with a smaller budget. Interested parties can get on board with 1/35 shares for as little as 30,000 US dollars. In return, they receive the right to use their luxury villa for at least eight days a year or an average return of up to 8.8 percent if they release their usage days.
The long-term vision goes far beyond individual real estate investments: over the next ten years, up to 1,000 villas are to be built for co-owners in the Cape Coral community. DARIA is developing its own district in Florida that will connect people for decades to come - a place with a special appeal for freedom lovers and entrepreneurs.

The personal stories
The personal stories of Juliane and Andreas reflect this, what DARIA stands for: the courage to break new ground and take life into your own hands.
"People have to learn to make courageous decisions," says Juliane, quoting Albert Einstein: "What do you expect if you always do the same thing?"
This attitude to change runs like a common thread through the company philosophy and inspires not only the team, but above all potential customers who are thinking about investing in a different way of life.
The future of DARIA in southern Germany
The dynamism of the DARIA location in southern Germany is reflected in the regular activities. The focus is on the monthly member happenings - more than just information events, but the pulsating heartbeat of the southern German community.
The move of these events to a larger location - a historic mill - became necessary due to the growing interest. "The office space is no longer sufficient for the growing number of participants. We are expecting a considerable response," reveals Juliane. These events, which traditionally take place on the last Friday of the month, offer interested parties and members a platform for exchange, networking and mutual inspiration.

Deadline for everyone who still wants to be there
September 30, 2025 is of particular importance as a strategic milestone. Until this date, interested parties have the opportunity to join under the current conditions and secure opportunities such as the planned bank foundation, in which the first 1,000 members will participate.
The office in Riedlingen offers a direct point of contact for interested parties from southern Germany. The team is available for personal consultations and invites you to the monthly community meetings.
DARIA combines financial freedom with quality of life. The office in Riedlingen is the bridge: between German know-how and American lifestyle. If you want to jump - this is where the path begins.
